Our mission is to help reentrants find success after returning home from prison. Many reentrants face challenges such as substance abuse, poverty, and lack of support. Our goal as a second-chance job site is to help reentrants find welcoming employers that will contribute to their future success.

OutsideConnection is a free, online job site for reentrants to find work. Our focus is helping community members find jobs and help to support them in living a successful life. Our platform is completely free to use and we act as a resource for reentry organizations, jails, halfway houses, and probation/parole officers. Our platform makes finding a job AND applying for a job very simple.
OutsideConnection is very easy to use. Navigate to our jobs page and select your state and city. After selecting your city, you can see which job opportunities are available to you. We provide workplaces that are friendly in hiring reentrants, pay well, and have nice working environments. There are plenty of jobs to choose from, and as we expand, we will continue to add more.
OutsideConnection has partnered with BuildUp Newsletter, a FREE financial resource reentrants can use to learn budgeting, investing, and mapping out a successful financial plan. We know it's difficult. But this can make it easier.

For more than 20 years my family bakery has been hiring reentrants. We sought to give back to the community by providing great job opportunities for these individuals to be successful. As I got older and started to run the business, I was introduced to our hiring process and the difference we make in the community. From working side by side with reentrants, I've come to understand the challenges they face. By supporting reentrants, we seek to help them become successful by providing them with jobs, support, and with organizational assistance on which they can rely.
